We are happy to provide you with a trial version of our Digital Home Angle (DHA). This trial version will work for 30 days and though it supports only one camera it has all the features of the full version of DHA. However, in this trial version, the monitoring for motion detection will stop after 30 minutes, after which it would require a restart.

The full version can support upto 4 cameras and will detect motion in all of them for any required lehgth of time. This full version may be purchased and downloaded at very reasonable rates.

Before downloading the DHA, please read the license agreement; downloading the software implies that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

End-User License Agreement:
License for Use of DHA ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By receiving and/or using the Digital Home Angel software, which is referred herein as DHA software, you accept the following Evaluation and Registered User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Altech Imaging and Computing who are the original creators of DHA and the purchasers, users or evaluators of DHA software. IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO HONOR THIS AGREEMENT, TERMINATE THE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION NOW. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Evaluation and Registered User Agreement ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You may evaluate the Software program for a maximum of 30 days after registration, after which you must purchase the program or remove the software from your computer. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the Software. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this agreement. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile DHA software. The DHA name and any logo or graphics file that represents our software may not be used in any way to promote products not developed by Altech Imaging and Computing. All parts of DHA software are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single, two, three or four user program. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner of DHA software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Altech Imaging and Computing against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defense or accusations that result from the use of DHA software. We make no warranty, express or implied, of the services or software provided herein including without limitation the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Altech Imaging and Computing is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our products. Each registered copy of the DHA product may be used in only one single location by one user. Use of the software means that you have loaded the program and run it or have installed the program onto a computer. If you install the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the software must be registered separately. You may make one copy of the registered software for backup purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself uses DHA software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times, then this agreement is being violated! The sale of and or distribution of registered copies of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of DHA software. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Distribution ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This software may be freely distributed, provided that: 1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by Altech Imaging and Computing. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. The recipient should be informed that such distribution is temporary and is only for the purpose of evaluation, and that the software must be purchased for use beyond 30 days. 2. The distribution does not include a registration number. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece of software. 3. No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The validity, interpretation, construction and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, of United States of America or in the State in which Altech Imaging and Computing's principal place of business is located. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of Altech Imaging and Computing, Inc..
