Dr. Srini Chari and Mr. Rajeev Seshadri join AI&C's Advisors. Dr. Chari is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Ph. D. in Computational Mechanics from the University of Texas, Austin, and an MBA with Distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University. In addition, he has completed special executive education from the Harvard Business School.
Prior to joining AI&C, he was the President and CEO of TurboWorx, Inc. a software company providing workflow solutions for grids and clusters. Dr. Chari has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He spent 13 years with IBM and held several technical, marketing, and sales positions in high performance computing, e-business, and computer aided design and manufacturing.
Mr. Rajeev Seshadri holds an MBA degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He also holds a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur in India. He has held the NASD/SEC general principals license.
In a twenty-four year business career in the USA, Rajeev been the CEO or CFO of several companies and has produced significant bottom-line results.He has worked in the Perimeter Security industry over the past 5 years, developing a consolidation through acquisitions and upgrades of companies in the Western half of the USA.Rajeev is listed in WHOS WHO in Finance and Industry 1988 ed.; and has been nominated to the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch and INC. magazine in 1990. He is a member of several professional organizations.

AI&Cs Facial Recognition product wins the first prize at the Ideas 2006 business plan competition held at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. A total of 311 teams from various B-schools, technical institutes and practicing businesses participated in the competition. Entrepreneurs from ACCEL and vFORTRESS, and VCs from Kerala Venture Capital Fund (KVCF) were the judges for the competition.
